St Barnabas Op Shop

The Op Shop serves the community in a number of ways – by providing our customers with great bargains (we keep our prices low), by allowing donated items to be reused (helping the environment in a number of ways), and by providing a place of hospitality for customers and volunteer staff alike.

We are open 9.00am - 12.00pm Monday through Saturday. The Op Shop is located in the front rooms of the St Barnabas Hall.

Parking for customers, including drop-offs of donations, is off Spring Road. Out of hours, donations can be left by the hall door.

We stock clothes, jewellery, crockery and kitchenware, and all sorts of treasures and knick-knacks. There is also an entire room devoted to second hand books, with over fifty metres of shelves loaded to the brim with pre-loved books.

We accept both cash and credit cards. We also have a very well updated Facebook page for the Op Shop, which lists particular bargains & treasures that have come in.

New volunteers are welcome, including volunteers completing mutual obligations. Please enquire in store.
